A good slab of AOR rock. There's really only one standout tune on this record, All That Glitters. Its almost worth the price alone. The rest is good rock and roll, but nothing groundbreaking. Think Petra/Journey...that's about the heavyness of the album other than All That Glitters, which is heavy metal.

DEF LEPARD...are you kidding me. TURN UP YOUR HEARING AID! This band is very talented...and very underrated, but they need more tracks like 'All That Glitters'. overall-great first album...Worth the price!

Slightly too 'polished' for my tastes. Definite talent, plenty of melody, and great lyrics - but the production is so layered you soon start to feel like you're in a pink salon getting your hair done by Philipe with Def Leppard's 'Hysteria' on endless rotation in the background... You kinda like it, but only during certain phases of the moon.
