Decidedly average. I couldn't get into this disc at all. It wasn't bad just generic.

I agree with the kethdredd. I also think the low quality recording adds to the disappointment. Reminds me of Dokken a bit.

Keth & Ult said it all, except that almost half of the album is demo and live material that is of even worse recording quality than the rest of the album, almost unlistenable.

Yes...I agree with this is a low quality recording but there are many good songs in there like Castles in the Sun, Give Back Your Heart, To Love Again, Straight Through Your Heart, Louder Than Hell and Borderline.

Firstly, i think the other reviews are harsh but true to an extent. When i first got the cd i hated the order that the songs came in. So i fixed that real quick. Then i started to enjoy the disc alot. Now before you buy this you need to know that this album was recorded on a 4- track not the 16 standard tracks that the industry has laughed at for being the standard. So Regime would have to record many instruments live and come back to the studio to record 3. To Love Again is An awesome song.

Continued- Rick Hunter from Soldier is the albums highlight. Rick takes a couple of oppertunities to let loose and shred. To Love Again which to me was worth the asking price is the best example. Its alot like Imperlitterrt's Stand In Line. The solo is wonder in it. The album also has two great Soldier songs; Borderline and Hotter Than Hell. Close To You also is catchy and reminds me of alot of Lynch Mob songs. Bottom line the songs are great if you can get past the quality. Youtube Regime.
