I like this album a lot. Sounds like a new wave pop with female vocals, like Human League. Good lyrics, though.

A real classic - at least for those of us who lived in the 80's. Fantastic male/female vocals, melodies and production! And last but not least intelligent (non-turn-or-burn) Christian lyrics. Worth every penny!

Didn't Servant have another album? The title had something to do with sand. Like 'Worlds of Sand' or something like that.

This album never gets old. I bought it 20 years ago, and it still rocks.

Yes J.C. they did have another album, Swimming in a Human Ocean from 1985. Musically just as good with a little better production.

Actually, before 'Caught in the Act of Loving Him' was 'World of Sand.' There were a couple before that, but I don't remember them. I liked how this album focused around both heat and light. 'Wardance' was about the only one I didn't like, until Iraq.

There was also an album called world of sand, and it is the best of the bunch. Compares to Mid 80's petra like More power to ya or not of this world in terms of quality.

I remember this tour - they were touring with Randy Stonehill. EXCELLENT!!!! They even had the parachutes strewn around the stage. Great album, great band - they now live in a Christian Community. 'Neighborhood', 'Born In The Fire', 'Battlecry', 'Zero Minus One' - all great 80s music. But, 'We Are The Light', that was our anthem back then. Prior albums are; 1979 Shallow Water, 1981 Rockin' Revival, 1982 World of Sand, 1983 Caught In The Act. I miss this band, greatly.
