Deliverance goes in a different direction musically with this album. I especially like 'Sanctuary' the vocals and drum set are awesome.

What a gift! This is probably my favorite, melodic, metal album of all. This album will draw you into the lesson of experience. God is not forgotten here. To be enjoyed over and over...

Learn...First off if you don't own this album you will regret it if you ever hear it. Now, I am a big fan of D's thrash metal albums. But, this album is so full of emotion, pain, experience and hope that I could easily listen to it everyday, and frequently do. Sanctuary may not be written by Jimmy but his vocals are haunting and tear at your soul. D sought a new style to better express themselves and that turned some fans off. Give this a listen once, twice, ten thousand times. Jimmy thank you

Yeah, this is not speed metal by any means, but one of my favorite albums from Deliverance. kevensyle@netscape.net

The Big D may have taken some flack by slowing the tempo some, but their sound is still heavy, with a couple of thrash sounding tunes to keep the most avid speed freaks interested. It took a few listens to adjust to 'Learn',but to me ,it ranks right up there with their early work.I didn't see a listing for thë 'What A Joke' CD which deserves mention for 'Pröphet of Idiocy'and,'Pseudo Intellectual'.Overall,'Learn' is a serious effort from a band that have been leaders in the world of Christian metal

Forget everything you heard in the first two speed metal offerings by these guys. This disc has way more groove/thrash feel to it and was kind of hard for me to get into, I still dont really like it that much. 7.5/10

Call them what you will. One thing is for truth though, you cant say that they dont have have a passion for what they do or a love for our lord almighty. The first time i heard them their message instantly got me. Of all their music none holds dear to me than sanctuary, simply put"remember your sanctuary"!!!
