A CLASSIC! This great stuff. Sacred Warrior combines all the essentials: Technique, songwriting, vocals. Rey Parra's got pipes that never strain. The guitars are terrific: Slow, fast, crunchy, melodic. These guys were true musicians who placed their talents at the feet of Christ. But, wait. There's more ...

Superb album and band! Bruce Swift is a shredhead and Ray Parra has an unbelievable voice. Can't really say a negative thing about this one. Favorite tracks: Children of the Light, Sword of Victory.

Amazing. This is the first Christian power metal band I've ever heard. Musically this album is easily equal to anything I've ever encountered in secular power metal. The leads are fantastic, Ray's voice is awesome and the message is clear. Not a bad song on the whole thing.

Anyone who's having trouble finding the first 2 S.W. albums on CD: in 1998 KMG Records re-issued REBELLION and MASTER'S COMMAND as a 2-CD set. The packaging's terrible (no lyrics, liner notes, pictures or anything) but if you just want to have the tunes on CD at least you don't have to pay big bucks on eBay. By the way, I like REBELLION better than MASTER'S, too, it's heavier and more aggressive.

One word...REBELLION!!!! That song and this album still kicks butt! Rey Parra on vocals and Tony Velasquez on drums. And don't forget Bruce'Randy Rhodes' Swift. It's all good!

Fantastic message, powerful vocals, and strong musicianship! 'Rebellion' is an album that has really stood the test of time! If you're a fan of real '80's metal (with touches of power metal), 'Rebellion' is an album to have!
