This is a great introduction to Sacred Warrior, one of the best heavy/prog bands ever from the late '80's. These guys are musicians through and through. The CD has a good selection overall of SW's greatest and most memorable. Others could have been included, though. After hearing it, I looked for more and haven't been disappointed.

I've seen so many good things written about this band so I decided to try'em out by buying this Best-Of CD. Very glad I did! Excellent Queensryche/Maiden 80s style metal, right up my alley. Rey Parra sounds at times like Geoff Tate, others like Bruce Dickinson, and even like Ronnie James Dio in a few spots! Great singer, great musicians, great band! I'll be looking for more of their albums!

Very good album and I agree with Cephas, this is a good introduction to the band but I think the melodies in a couple of songs are not that good but is an excellent album any way.
