No comments about this? HUH? Well let me proudly be the first! I enjoy most of Petra's immense output - there will ALWAYS be a special place in illimey's heart for their earlier stuff! This is truly wonderful - but don't expect to instantly appreciate it if you've never heard any early Petra before.. Here we have a sound that in places is something akin to a cross between early Procol Harum and 1970's Magnum! Melodic, vaguely progressive and slightly funky!  Essential for Angel Of Light alone!

| Marvelous album from the latter part of the Jesus Movement. Not a bad song on the album. Stand-out cuts are the ballads; "The Coloring Song", "For Annie" & "Why Should The Father Bother?" & the pop/rockers; "Chameleon", "Angel Of Light" (Great Guitar), "Without Him We Can Do Nothing" and "Praise Ye The Lord". Crank it up.
