This is a good 'best-of' CD. My first exposure to Bride. Unfortunately, after 'Scarecrow Messiah' and 'Oddities' this might be the only Bride CD I'll listen to. (Burn me once, guys . . . ) Really great stuff; the guitarwork is topnotch. Makes you want to hear more of Bride. Trouble is, where to start??

This album 'Of The Best' is great, but they should of waited a little bit longer to come out with this one.

Of all their 'greatest hits' albums, this one is their best. Great early Bride material here and two previously unreleased tunes. Check out their newer Live At Cornerstone 2001 album if you like early Bride, it's newer but has their classic stuff on it. kevensyle@netscape.net

The only problem I have with this record is that they didn't pick the best songs from the first 3 records to put on it. They got Live to Die right with Hell No and Fire and Brimstone, but they left off some better songs from Show No Mercy and didn't even come close to the best songs off of Silence Is Madness. How can Fool Me Once not be on the Best Of?!

Very good album and a good introduction to the first bride's music. This collection has good songs but my favorites are Everybody Knows My Name, Hell No, Heroes, Thunder in the City and All Hallow's Eve.
